I am Worthy -Challenge-

Last year we did a little challenge called 21 days of Plant Magic and it assisted in connecting with herbs. I loved the structure, accountability, and connections the challenge provided to our collective so let’s do a different kind of challenge this time. Let’s dive into something I feel we are struggling with collectively…WORTHINESS!!!


Why do we not understand our value or self-worth? Why do so many of us struggle with boundaries/blockages in the receiving department? Why do you deny yourself the resources/time to assist in your healing or self-improvement? Why is it so easy to cheer others on while you fill your own head with doubt? There are a lot of answers here but most of them boil down to you denying your own self-worth.


Most of us are blocking our own manifestations/goals/dreams because we either #1 not doing the work – self sabotage or #2 not believing in yourself big enough – denying your worth. And I get it! It’s been years of the world beating you down. You’ve probably survived some traumas and learned how to do your best during that time. But let’s figure out how why you are allowing these blockages and tell them to fuck off! You are worthy to receive all the abundance, all the joy, all the magic, and the blessings the universe has created just for you!!!


I’ve created a little outline for each day on ways you can dive deeper. Some may choose to journal or meditate on these things daily, other may just devote a couple days a week to this exercise and however you choose to participate is perfect. Make it work for you!!! Do keep in mind it’s never easy to devote 21 days to something but that’s how bad habits get broken and lifestyles get changed…I challenge you to understand you are worth 15-45 minutes every day to reflect and work on self.


Day One: Intro and Why?


Day Two: Create a Daily Ritual Practice - the intention is to provide yourself whatever you are lacking...you heard me read that again. you lack confidence - give it to yourself. you lack self-acceptance - give it to yourself. you lack peace - give it to yourself.


Day Three: More of Day Two – Keep Practicing your Ritual or Create a new one when you feel inspired to do so. And add to your routine.


Day Four: More of Day Two and Three – Third time is a charm – isn’t it becoming a bit easier? Feeling a bit more natural? If not no fear we have 16 more days to go so….


Day Five: Journal, Meditate, Reflect on your own blockages. What and why do you think you sabotage your own abundance and joy? How can you break this cycle? What are some steps you could put in motion to ensure a better outcome for the future?

Let’s get in our feels. Thoughts/things become learned behaviors which therefore become patterns and therefore our own created realities…let’s break cycles. Let’s recognize patterns and triggers and choose to cope and react differently. React differently and recreate the reality in which you’d prefer.

Also, you are not off the hook for your ritual practice


Day Six: Next Level Love – start loving yourself on a new level. We always put ourselves last. Make yourself a priority and raise the bar. This can be as simple as massaging each limb and body part as you apply lotion with love and gratitude, drinking more water, making a new commitment to self. You are worth the time and the energy. And no you’re not off the hook for your daily ritual practice, isn't it becoming part of your routine? add another layer/level the fuck up!


Day Seven: A Date with the Mirror – take 5 minutes for self (if this is not new to you take 15 – 30). Set a timer and literally just breathe. Now look at yourself in the left eye & speak kindly. Tell yourself some lovely mantras – if this is a new concept look up some on YouTube. It can be simple such as “I am worthy to receive joy. I am worthy to receive abundance. I am worthy to receive love.” If this is way out of your comfort zone then sing yourself a love song in the mirror! You are worthy to receive this kind of sweetness and love. Don’t forget your ritual practice(s)


Day Eight: Journal Entry, Meditation, Reflection it’s been a week! First off all look at how quickly and easily this can transform your spirit. You are worth the commitment and time…keep going! How are you feeling and what changes have you noticed? How do you wish others to see you? What is blocking them from seeing you in that light? Fun side note a LOT of you are being seen in that light already; you just don’t see it yourself. Daily Ritual Practice(s)


Day Nine: Movement is Medicine –add some movement into your daily routine in any way that brings you joy!!! Dance, do some yoga, go for a run, practice jump rope, roller skate, hula hoop; I don’t care what you do but do it with purpose. Move for a minimum of 5 minutes with the soul purpose to make you happy! Do something that puts a smile on your face, get silly, get outta your comfort zone! Your body is a temple – treat it with honor and joy! Daily Ritual Practice(s)


Day 10: Daily Ritual Practice(s) Movement is Medicine Practice

Day Thirteen: Celebrate your commitment to self! Treat yourself and honor yourself in some special way. Light yourself a candle, use special yummy body butter, and make yourself some moon milk… acknowledge your growth and dedication. Daily Ritual Practice(s) Movement is Medicine Ritual


Day Fourteen: Journal Entry – write about what you have survived, accomplished, done. So many times we forget what we have been through, we forget where we came from and all the progress we have made. Give yourself credit where credit is due. No one is gonna show up for yourself like you are keep going! You are worthy of GREAT THINGS!

Day Sixteen: Daily Ritual Practice(s) Movement is Medicine Ritual Day Seventeen: Journal, Medicate, Reflect – at the beginning we acknowledged some patterns and possible unhealthy behaviors. Day Twenty One: You did it!!! You made it! YOU committed to your own self and your own heart for 21 days. Thank you for giving yourself permission to be nurtured, loved, and honored. Thank you for joining me on this little journey of understanding our self-worth a bit more! I hope you continue to practice these things and push yourselves a bit out of your comfort zone so you can love yourself harder than you ever have before.
